The Missing Second Statements

While researching the statements of the group, we happened to notice that David And Fiona Payne’s second statements were not in the PJFiles. 

There are two reasons for this;

1) The Payne’s didn’t give a second statement.2) They’re missing from the PJFiles

If all the other members of the group were interviewed a second time, surely this would include all members of the group. We do not understand why they would not be questioned again.

One thing we do know, is Fiona Payne must have have another statement, as there is an extract which we came across in the PJFiles which does not form part of her first statement.

We will post that statement below, but will not go in to the detail that is contained until further on in my post.



And even though Fiona Payne didn’t state who left the restaurant and when in her first statement, she still remembered to lie in her rogatory interview.



A day after Madeleine McCann went missing, Fiona Payne could not remember the movements of the members of the group. A year later in her rogatory interview she now remembers Matthew Oldfield and Russell O’Brien leaving together, the reason why Russell O’Brien stayed in his apartment, that Matthew Oldfield had informed Jane Tanner about her sick daughter, that Jane Tanner “wolfed” her food down, Jane Tanner swapped with Russell O’Brien in the apartment, and Russell O’Brien had a fresh steak cooked for him when he returned.

We understand that the group would talk whether they were innocent or guilty, but with the amount of proof of the lies from other members of the group regarding Russell O’Brien leaving at 9:30pm, it would be safe to assume that this is just an elaborated lie.

David Payne also didn’t give a second statement, but he still remembered to include Russell O’Brien’s lie in to his rogatory statement;



Once again, David Payne did not state that Russell O’Brien in his first statement, with the proof that this event was a lie by the group, it now confirms the whole group have lied about Russell O’Brien leaving the Tapas restaurant at 9:30pm.

OUR CONCLUSION ON THE FINDINGS REGARDING RUSSELL O’BRIEN LEAVING THE RESTAURANT AT 9:30PM ON THE 4TH OF MAY 2007 IS THAT THE ENTIRE GROUP LIED IN AT LEAST ONE OF THEIR STATEMENTS REGARDING THIS EVENT.

THIS NOW GIVES NO ALIBI TO RUSSELL IN TERMS OF IF HE WAS AT THE MEAL THAT NIGHT OR NOT.
